I spoke with the complaintants son-in-law yesterday and will schedule a time to meet him at the house to go over the items that need to be addressed.The spa tub Mrs [redacted] had us install was used and purchased on craigslist We did check it after it was installed and it did not leak at that time The client was informed that the switch on the tub was broken and they would have to hire a spa tub repair man to replace itWe will do what we can do to assist them with the repair.We will fix the carpet and drywall issues immediately.Thank You, [redacted] www[redacted] .com
