Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting his response because: First of all, I reject his response to the letter because he had made this same promises before during contract term but he did not followed through After reading his response I realize how much of stress he placed on me and my family as we have lost the use of our kitchen for eight Months nowThe stressed he placed on me is continuing to cause my blood pressure to be abnormally high The conditon he left my kitchen in has devalued my house, left holes on the walls and trashes, and nails sticking out on my property that is so unsafe for my toddler to be inIt has been five Months now since he had communicated with usOnly now that the Revdex.com has forwarded my complaint to him that we finally heard from him, and his continuing to make empty promises he cannot keep Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On my previous letter of informing about this Contractor [redacted] , of Anderson Properties llc rdr, I have waited for resolution on [redacted] of Anderson Properties but I have never heard from him at allNot by email or a single phone callStill his refusing to return all that belongs to my propertyHe really needs to return my kitchen cabinet, drawers, and all of my door cabinetsAll the materials bought with my money that is supposed to get my kitchen doneThe contract was signed March 10, and ended April 16, He can't say his not been given a chance to finished our kitchen as now it has been over a year as we are now April 22, Last we've heard and seen him was June 15, 2016, and since then we never heard from him, never return our call or returned our email messages.Again, please I need my cabinet back, my cabinet drawers, and all my cabinet doorsAll the materials bought for my kitchen like the tiles for my floor and the over the range microwaveLastly, refund some of the money you took $2,I could charge you for making holes on my floor but I just want all the things that belongs to my properties back and some of the money Regards, [redacted] ***

Project estimated completion 2 week timeframe (11-14 days from next on-site work day). Tile Issue:  We were 1 case short on a tile you can no longer get.  We’ll provide a replacement.  (Approximately 3-day tile installation actual project time frame.) Cabinets: We have the doors...

finished and will install and paint boxes. (Approximately 2-day project time frame.) Microwave: Need to source and install.  (Approximately ½ day project time frame.) Bi-fold doors: Need to source and install.  (Approximately ½ day project time frame.) Countertops: Need to surface.  (Will have materials in 2 weeks.  Project time frame will take 3 days.) Texturize and Paint: Walls – (Approximately 2 day time-frame.) Reasons for Delays: Client delayed us 9 days, which put us having to work with other clients and had to get clients kitchen when we got the time (as per our contract). Our current project in progress will be completed in 2-3 weeks.  We will be able to do on-site beginning of above approximately November 28, 2016.
