Review: I purchased a home from [redacted] and in the Offer to Purchase stated specific repairs that were to be completed prior to closing. The offer is signed by [redacted] and the repairs were not completed by the close of the sale and still are not completed as of today, December 9, 2013. The final walk- through was not done as law states because everyday in the week prior to the closing Mr. [redacted] said he was out of town with the keys. Then after the closing was done and I signed all the documents that I needed to sign he refused to turn over the house keys because he had not signed his papers and said he was not giving up the keys until he got his money! I have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted], [redacted], my Realtor and [redacted] the loan officer have all attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] and he has not responded to anyones phone calls or emails. The work that he agreed to complete prior to closing has not been completed and we have a signed contract.Desired Settlement: He needs to complete the work that was to be finished as per the signed contract and offer to purchase.

He needs to provide financial compensation for the inconvenience and hardship this has caused me, a retired disabled veteran.

A report with the Revdex.com that states his lack of abiltiy to comply with legal binding contracts.

Mr. [redacted] is misinformed and mistaken as to the content of the contract. All obligations and responsibilities of mine relative to the repairs to the home have been thoroughly completed. Additionally, he seems confused and misinformed, since his keys were actually delivered to him 2 days before the actual closing took place.
