I emailed Mrs. [redacted] the following:   We are willing to paint the cabinets and, yes, the reo and I would like to come over and look at it and talk to you one day next week.  I am just saying that we cannot guarantee that there will be no yellowing down the road, as all oil based enamel could do so.  We would like to paint one door, just to make sure that it is what you want.  Being that the original job was almost five years ago and out of warranty, Robert does not feel that the re inking expense if something that we should absorb.  We are willing to furnish the materials, after meeting with Tim, and have Jonathon paint the cabinets.  We feel that  this is a fair deal and we are prepared to move forward.  We will also ask that the negative reviews that have been posted are taken down and that we all enter into an agreement, in writing, that we hard not to be help liable after this work is completed.  Please let me know if this is acceptable for you and I will set the meeting up with Tim and Jonathon.  Anderson Remodeling feels that this is a fair offer, due to the fact that the job was done in July 2013 and our paperwork states that Anderson Remodeling warranties the work for two years.  Oil based enamel has a tendency to yellow over time and we do not feel that we should bare all expense.  However, I am more than willing to give Mrs. [redacted] the information on how to contact the faux finisher and she can contact her directly.  I will them and see if I can work something out with them.  We do want to resolve this and we are more than willing to work with Mrs. [redacted] to come to an agreement that we can all live with.
