Contract signed 1/4/to resolve issues after the siding, doors and windows were replacedTook company several times to install the windows, doors and siding somewhat to building practicesBefore paying total final payment, the aforementioned contract was signed to resolve the issues that the project manager agreed to before final payment is to be paidAfter several calls to the company/ last being twice during the week of the 14th of May with no contact forth coming from the company
Specific issues as follows: repair broken corners on garage windows caused by siding installers., replace one section of glass on garage
Since Jan of we found a defective screen door closer on the front door, missing door hinge screw, screen door will not shut fully, stripped screws for latchAgreed to replace one outside box cover
Cronkhite HS installed insulated, reflective foil Ron the rafters in my attic, to help reduce the attic heat during the summer I had found a foil, and needed someone to install it - a hot, difficult job The sales rep said they would be glad to do it, but he recommended an insulated foil that they sell I decided that their insulated foil was significantly better (although much more expensive) than what I had found originallyThey were all helpful, friendly, and did good work, in spite of the conditionsThey had to be very careful not to step through my bloinsulation and ceiling I do think they are a little pricey, but I am satisfiedThis is the second job they have done for me (previously a basement egress window) I will hire them again if needed,

It took longer than they said it would take to get the job done The contract was signed on 5/28/stating that the job would be done in approximately 4-weeks The project was completed on 8/30/2018, over weeks after contract signed The installation went fairly smoothly and the finished project was excellentThe workers were very considerate and attentive to detail
I had a large picture window replaced, which included removing and replacing the siding, Chris did an excellent jobHe completely cleaned up the mess and you couldn't tell there was anything done, except a new beautiful windowHe also replaced a back door with same results I had E-Shield installed in the attic and the workers were very professional and cleaned up the after themselves
I would recommend this company to anyone seeking new replacement windows From the very beginning to the very end, the salesman was very knowledgeable and explained every thing The installer was fantastic, very polite, a true craftsman He arrived on time, cleaned up area as he worked I really enjoyed watching him do a professional job

What was supposed to be a day job, tearing out old wood deck & pouring a concrete patio with steps turned into a week disasterDeck tear off OKThen 1st pour of concrete was a horrific looking mess resulting in a harsh phone call & meeting with the owner & eventually a complete tear out"Bad concrete" was the rulingThe cement truck arrived as scheduled at on an 85+ degree day, by which time the patio area is in full sunI would have thought experienced concrete layers would be in tune with the conditions & noticed concrete was setting up too quickly before wheel-barrowing several yards for steps & an 18xslabThey said when they left "we'll be back tomorrow to finish it off" - really? It's concreteWe're not isHorrible looking messSo several days & a jackhammer later, they start againBetter 2nd go around, but still sloppy finish jobPatchwork on the steps, rough brush marks, sloppy edges, depressions in spots that puddle, including next to the houseThey only made cut, N-S, said no need E-WWe specifically asked them, it's 18xWell, July were are outside working on landscaping & low & behold, it's cracked all the way E-WThere are dark spots everywhere that are "supposed to fade with time" - personally I think its ash as I don't think they could work with both hands as constant cigarette in towConcrete splattered on siding & patio door Also beware, the salesmen are schmoozers & had the audacity to send me flowers after I expressed my displeasure after the first pour - insultingAlso, curious that there are "good" reviews posted here the same day that they responded to the unfavorable reviewThis company is a jokeFor the money we paid for this job, criminal
