Okada Trucking Codid not provide us with a contract even though we asked for one on numerous occasionsWe were always told, and I quote, "Don't worry about it." We would have never agreed for Okada Trucking to do the construction of our house for the price they are now asking forNEVERWe knew what we could afford and they knew thatOkada Trucking NEVER informed us of anything regarding the cost of constructionWhen Okada Trucking gave us the bill, they added all kinds of charges that we were never aware ofOne of them was almost $400,for insuranceOkada Trucking also forced us to sign a promissory noteSince my husband was employed there at that time, we were TOLD to sign the note by the president of Okada TruckingWe felt pressured to sign because we felt his job was on the lineSince my parents didn't sign their company's notary's book, Okada Trucking is now suing us

Triple A towed my car to this garage accidentally and this garage, without authorization, took apart my car and damaged it, 1200 dollars worth of additional damage according to the dealership that currently has my vehicle. Anderson Sunoco doesn't have trained technicians to work on foreign cars and made a simple problem so much worse and Anderson Sunoco has to pay the cost of the damages because of it.
