confirmed for when she was in Utah again (as she lives in Idaho) I do not control her schedule and this was explained on numerous occasions to the customer. When he requested to be dropped from the agency I did not fight him on that. Refund was offered before he even requested it. Email proof of that can be sent if needed. Also a copy of his SIGNED contract that states the class date is TBD & that there are no refunds on services can also be provided. I did what I could to make this incredibly unhappy person happy. No luck.
