The New client special was purchased 3/9/ and that the first on was used on 4/04/We will usually schedule the second massage at the time of the first appointmentIf the client is unable to do that then they can call in, I do not show an incoming call on the call logs for the month of May, The first call we show is on Nov16, that and all other calls show as returnedCertificates: her certificate shows an expiration date and they are not redeemable for cash
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I understand the owner may not be aware of the correspondence between Veronica and I in the early summer I stand by my word that I never received anything in writing, but Veronica assured me my second massage credit was posted to my account, thus I had no way to know of an expirationI have now learned to always get a paper certificate. I have no way of knowing why Veronica no longer works there (unless it's because this owner is difficult to deal with?) and if the owner would like to supply her information, I can contact her directlyAnd I can assure you, that if my calls were returned, I would not have gone into the clinic in person with my two small children; I have better things to doAnd because of that, I will leave my complaint hereThe owner is obviously not concerned with good report, I've found what I need elsewhere, I'll cut my losses, share my experiences with others, and save myself from wasting any more of my timeThank you for trying to help, Revdex.com
Sincerely,
