Attached is Anderson MFG’s response to the 2nd message from the customer under Claim # [redacted] Please note we have sent the customer an authorized return along with a return shipping label to be able to return product in question for a full refund Once the product is received at our facility, we will be able to process that refund for the customerWe hope that this action will be to the customer’s satisfaction and that Claim # [redacted] will be settled Please let us know if any further information is neededThank you very much

We received a letter 6/2/stating a customer filed a claim with you about an issue with one of our products ID# [redacted] I have attached any and all documentation pertaining to this particular order and from our end of the situation, the facts are as follows: Customer placed an order through our website 4/23/ Order# 142377.Customer received order via UPS Ground tracking# 1Z50536Xon 4/28/17.Customer contacted Customer Support via phone and stated barrel received on order was having chambering issues.PCS# 1701818R created for the return of the barrel mentioned above and to send out replacement to customer.Replacement barrel shipped on UPS Ground tracking# 1Z50536Xon 5/19/17.Received letter from Revdex.com stating customer filed claim# [redacted] While researching customer’s complaint, only other contact found was on 6/4/e mail The only other form of contact we have on file for this customer is an e mail sent on 6/4/17, well after the claim filed with Revdex.com We do not show a call log nor any other e mails to date We have no problem issuing refunds to customer(s) if they contact our facility in a timely manner I do not show that Mr [redacted] had tried to contact us about having the same issue even after receiving the replacement barrel sent out If customer would like a refund on the barrel he is having issues with, we would have had him return the product using the same PCS# issued to him previously for a refund Since the customer did not contact Anderson Manufacturing (to our knowledge), we did not receive the product back that he is having issues with, therefore, he was not able to get a refund issuedThank you, Ashley R***AdminAssistant - SalesAnderson BlvdHebron, KY
