I called this company to have a few squirrels removed from my soffett. First day he showed up he just put a ladder up and was on my roof. Never came to my door to introduce himself or explain what he would be doing. He showed up for a minute each day to look at the traps. Caught one squirrel and sealed the entrance hole with a scrap piece of aluminum. Probably used $3.90 in materials. Total time on site was around an hour. He charged me $500!! I never received a bill with a breakdown of those charges. He left nasty voicemails threatening to take me to court if I didn't pay him. I called and told him I never received a bill and he was rude about and did not believe me. Once I got the bill I paid it in full just so I could get him out of my life. Worst mistake of my life was calling this company! Very rude and unprofessional! And they over charge and scam people out of their money!
