First of all we switched out the Flexsteel recliners with LA-Z-BOY in good faith their was nothing wrong with them the customer just was not
happyThey call us on the LA-Z-BOY complaint and we promptly went and looked at it their was nothing wrong with the recliner we switched it out the new seat for them at no charge.A few months later they called again with the same problem.(when they close the footrest sometimes the material catches and wont shut its from putting weight on the material between the seat and footrest called the chaise.) Lazboy wont replace the same part twice at no charge the customer service rep was un aware of us fixing it already she was just stating lazboy policy witch we followed.The problem is fixed it was taking care of before this complaint was registered I am afraid this customer will never be happy
