This person came to us looking for help with his well water problems (his well pump wasn’t working and he had no water)He brought his pump control box into us to be tested, and it tested out to be O.Ktherefore leading us to believe the problem was elsewhere Although we cannot duplicate all the conditions that are in the field in our shop we feel that our testing to be very accurate and it is offered as a courtesy" free of charge"At this time the customer requested that our “On-Call Technician” call him to set up a service call at his residence which is approximately minutes from our facilityOur tech responded to the service call, surveyed the job and installed a new control box that he had on his truck instead of pulling the pump out of the well, which would have been more costly He also noticed that the pressure switch was showing some wear replaced it at this time alsoAll of this was done and was only charged for hour and minutes at $per hour plus parts that was agreed upon before he hired our tech to come out to the jobTotal billing for job$– materials$– CaSales Tax$– labor hrs at $(Saturday overtime rate)$– total to have water againScam??? I don’t think so It is very disappointing that we were verbally attacked at our business and publicly slandered for doing the best that we couldIn the end we did what was needed of usIt was his choice to pay more and have water on Saturday than to wait til MondayThank You!
