How do I respond to such an unprofessional (although not
totally surprising) comment as the one above? Nothing I said is a lieI keep very detail records of all business dealings such as who I spoke to, when, about what and key points of the conversation so I have the records to prove itSince the last adjustment the chair is nearly impossible to use as it veers sharply to the rightI was at Mayo Clinic all day yesterday and every escort or other employee who had occasion to move the chair asked if my left brake was on; that the chair was so hard to push and they had a very difficult time steering it as it constantly wanted to move to the right
I received a phone call from *** this morning on my machineHe said he has no recollection of my telling him to submit the invoice to Medical Assistance (even though I made it very clear when I placed the order and twice since then) and that I wasn't on MA and "we can't go backwards"You might remind him that the very reason I was so adamant that the transaction be completed in October was that I was only going to be on MA through November 30, Medical Assistance requires submission within a year of date of serviceNo, I CURRENTLY am not on MA but that doesn't matter and - YES you can "go backwards"

Proof of coverage by Medical Assistance along with the dates of eligibility would have to be obtained from Winona CountyEvery time you "repair" the chair it seems you make something else worse!
