Review: We have entered into an agreement and a payment plan. Along the way, there are milestones on both sides (payment on mine & services and products on their side). We have made the first 2 milestones (payments) and the have not given back the product part. We have asked for almost 3 weeks and have been told each time, you will have it in a day or two. Never comes. They are harassing my son at the classes about the payments, but we will not keep up on payments until we get our missing product (pictures).

It feels as they are scamming us to just get the money,Desired Settlement: We want to have what was promised or a return of our payments.

Response:

We are in receipt of your letter dated 4/8/2015. Mr. [redacted] contacted your office on 4/2/2015, was sent the photos on 4/7/2015, see confirmation attached, and we received your letter 4/8/2015. Clearly this was satisfied. We apologized several times for the delay, our server went down and we were unable to access our data bases for almost 2 weeks. Also, Mr. [redacted] is very confused. The photos that he references were completely free of charge. The $225.00 payment that he is referring to was a deposit that was received by us toward the workshop his son [redacted] registered for. The total cost of the workshop is $799.00 and after deposit is payable at $50.00 per week. Which brings me to a counter complaint. Mr. [redacted]’ son, [redacted], attended 2 classes, 3/19/2015 and 3/26/2015 and did not make a payment on either day, so at the very least, we are owed $100.00. [redacted] committed to $799.00 whether the classes were completed or not. We would very much like to resolve this matter, please advise, thank you in advance, [redacted]
