I am responding to a complaint that was made against Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. we would like to express that we always try to make our customers satisfied in every way. We were hired to do flooring (tile), backsplash, painting, changing out toilet and vanity, and hanging new fixtures....

The [redacted] had an odd schedule do to work which we didn't realize and was not explained during contract signing. We could only be there after 5pm in the evening or Saturdays or special time on Sunday's. [redacted]as been very rude and belligerent to Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. plus our staff. [redacted] demanded the bathroom to be finished which was completed only thing left was a new toilet paper hanger and some cleaning. [redacted] wanted Mr. Anderson to stay there to complete the job. He stated "He was up and watching sports to go ahead and finish it" this is in nicer terms stated. A big factor we had problems with was Mr. [redacted] drinking and his behavior to everyone. The [redacted] expressed how happy they were till it came to to pay and then it was problem after problem. We also spent money for materials that we picked up and [redacted] said he would reimburse us. We have contacted our lawyer due to M[redacted]l slandering us to a current client and making us loose said contract. I have pictures and will attach. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to contact us. We tried everything possible and nothing was good enough.Thank you very much,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC.Also the bathroom has been painted two times now the color is porcelain skin semi gloss by [redacted]. This painted was bought out of pocket because they did not like the paint they choose. Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. tried everything possible to make them happy. We are still yet to receive our final payment.

Anderson's handyman service has been in touch. They have been out to my house. Remeasured Windows and house for siding and arrangements made to start and just haven't started because or weather. I do believe at this point they intend to do the work. It just hasn't been started yet.

Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. had completed [redacted]s roof plus dormers on home. I will attach pictures. Regarding the garage all rafters were installed all was remaining was metal roofing. [redacted] cursed and yelled at our employees. The last we heard from [redacted] was him contacting...

an employee [redacted]) and telling us never to come back that he changed his mine on the garage. [redacted] has been ill and we never received any notification on a certified letter. [redacted] has our trailer but we have not had the time to even pick it up. We have lost a lot of money on his garage roof where he canceled. We have no intentions of him keeping our trailer. I am responding to an complaint made by [redacted]. Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. always wants to please our customers in every way. Ms. [redacted] is saying that we installed flooring through the whole home plus baseboards and trim for $500 through the Attorney general and now is saying a $1000...

with the Revdex.com. This absolutely makes no since. The price for the flooring, trim, baseboards through the entire home plus picking up materials would have been $8900. Mr. Anderson also did all of the demolition of the home beside her which I have pictures of. We had to rent an ESCAVATOR for a week in which two days wasn't used due to holiday and we had finished. This is also a charge plus the demolition that was not carried out properly by her son and ex husband. This was the best rate and we explained this to Ms. [redacted] several times. In her complaint to the Attorney general she was upset that he couldn't stay later but now is saying she couldn't get him to leave. Ms. [redacted] was driving Mr. Anderson crazy by crying on the phone for long periods of time. She has made false accusations to the Attorney general. She kept having him do extra things around the house. Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. had at least two to five employees there when were present. We have our attorney evolved and are trying to come up with a solution if any.Thank you very much,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC.

Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. never got such monies off of [redacted] All we asked for was pictures because the roof was finished and dormers. Please let us know who redone our work if true and pictures. We be glad to work with [redacted] Thank you,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC.

Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. has no problem in giving a copy of the receipt to Mrs. [redacted]. But are contract planning states right above her signature that the Revdex.com has that their is a cancellation fee. Mrs. [redacted] has even explained to the Revdex.com that she no longer wanted us there. I have also sent pictures of my employees working plus the employees were at Lowe's being paid picking out what materials Mrs. [redacted] wanted due to her not going to Lowe's. I'm very sorry but we don't work for free. I will even give back the receipt for the tools. But we also have an issue of Mrs. [redacted] trying to cancel her credit card payment which has caused Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. time and expensive.  Thank you,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC.

The photos provided are how the bathroom looks today. Regardless, "cleaning" does not level a floor, fix misplaced tile, fix the fact that the recessed lighting is grouted to the ceiling, and the list goes on. I am fully capable of cleaning a bathroom and would not be filing a complaint and purchasing all new materials for a dirty bathroom. I am not sure what additional information/proof that Anderson's needs to close this complaint, but am willing to provide whatever necessary.

I need to explain that Mrs. [redacted] is friends with Mrs. [redacted] current complaint. Again Anderson's Handyman Services LLC. always try to accommodate our customers. Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint is very untrue. Mrs. [redacted] could only have services on Saturday. The first Saturday Mr. Anderson was ill....

The next Saturday was scheduled and her son was suppose to be there and we called to confirm and she cancelled due to a trip to California. I definitely want to say "No one" asked for a key to her home. I have exchanged messages with Mrs. [redacted] and really don't understand the reason for this complaint besides to dis correct a person's credit ability. We have a cancellation fee on all of our contracts. Mrs. [redacted] cancelled so it applies to her. I explained that I would mail the rest of her payment to her certified mail. I also have text messages plus messages from our business page. I will now contact our attorney regarding her complaint of trying to discredit our company. Thank you so much,Anderson's Handyman Services LLC.
