cannot duplicate all the conditions that are in the field in our shop we feel that our testing to be very accurate and it is offered as a courtesy" free of charge". At this time the customer requested that our “On-Call Technician” call him to set up a service call at his residence which is approximately 30 minutes from our facility. Our tech responded to the service call, surveyed the job and installed a new control box that he had on his truck instead of pulling the pump out of the well, which would have been more costly.  He also noticed that the pressure switch was showing some wear replaced it at this time also. All of this was done and was only charged for 1 hour and 15 minutes at $140.00 per hour plus parts that was agreed upon before he hired our tech to come out to the job. Total billing for job$100.57 – materials$7.54 – Ca. Sales Tax$175.00 – labor 1.25 hrs at $140.00 (Saturday overtime rate)$283.11 – total to have water againScam??? I don’t think so .. It is very disappointing that we were verbally attacked at our business and publicly slandered for doing the best that we could. In the end we did what was needed of us. It was his choice to pay more and have water on Saturday than to wait til Monday. Thank You!

Review: I took my part to the store to have it tested. I was told my part was good and that it wasn't my problem. I requested a technician come to my home. He replaced the exact same part I had tested at the store. Irreturned to the store the next business day and spoke with John Anderson about this. He doesn't see why I'm displeased with this service and will not credit any of the service fee back.Desired Settlement: Refund. We will continue to share our story with all our neighbors in order to prevent future unnecessary loses to this neighborhood. Farms, ranchers and all should not trust your company. Hopefully you'll lose enough business to offset what you stole from us.
