Review: On May [redacted] I got an estimate from the Anderson's Tree Service Inc. I explained to [redacted] that were having a driveway installed in a few weeks and wanted the trees removed asap. [redacted] said that the company was very busy and that they were not available for 4-6 weeks. That would be long enough for the driveway to dry. [redacted] said "That they were professionals and there was no problem removing these trees after the driveway installation"The company came on May [redacted] to remove the trees. That morning the owner of the company a [redacted] flipped out. He started screaming at me regarding the newly pored driveway. He said and I quote " What [redacted] it would put in a driveway before he showed up?" In fact he said that twice to me. He was very upset that morning and also said that "you ruined his [redacted] day". Really [redacted]? Maybe you should check with [redacted] first before acting like that. He also stated that he was not working over the driveway that day. I was confused by this because one of the trucks he had showed up in had a large pile of plywood that is used for this purpose. The men got started and quickly took down one of the trees like [redacted] said real pro's. So, just before they were done I went to talk to [redacted] to ask him what he wanted to do? His reply was "to get out of his face or else". So I walked away I never did get an answer.I called the office and explained to the lady what had happened earlier that morning. Honestly, she didn't seemed that surprised. I told the girl I wanted him to complete what he started and for fill our contract. To please get back to me with a time and date when the company is going to complete the job. I called several times the last few weeks and have not been given an answer. Just a run around.I have a credit for $500 from his company. I want Anderson's tree Service to honor it. And also stand buy our written agreement. [redacted] you started the job please finish it. I don't think that's a lot to ask of you.Desired Settlement: Honor the gift certificate and finish what you started.

I believe the situation has been resolved. As of 6/**/2013 [redacted] recanted his statements to one of my employees and said he would withdraw his initial statement. Please let me know if there is any other information required.
