Review: I purchased Andis Easy Clip Multi-Style for my 11 month old puppy and the machine did not work. It burned my dog. I went back to Pet Suoermarket to get a refund and they advised me to contact Andis in order to receive a refund. It hasn't even been 24 hours since I bought this product and Pet Supermarket is already refusing to honor a refund. The receipt does not state anything about refusing a refund. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund processed for this useless product.

We contacted customer by

phone and followed up by sending her a prepaid ship label if she wishes to send

it to us for refund. She had also just been contacted

by Pet Supermarket who told her she could return to them for refund. She

said she most likely will return it to them.

Review: first of all Andis is hard to get in touch with and it is tricking the Revdex.com.org becAUSE IF YOU PUT "Sturtevant, Wisconsin 53177" in it will not be excepted so I had to put the whong zip code in.I purchased this clipper a month ago used it for a week and it popped and was dead. This is not the qualith of a pro clipper. I know. Have been barber for 41 years. Runs hot quick. below is my purchase info. I emailed the following message to this customer: I received your Revdex.com complaint today. I am not sure why you

are having troubles contacting us and there is no trickery going on. I just

looked us up and found our phone number on our website, with a google search,

with a yellow page search and our phone number is also on the product’s Use

& Care manual.
