To Whom It May Concern: In response to the complaint by [redacted] : The State of Ohio and various cities had riot approved forms for efiling until the end of February 2014. Because of this, we were delayed in transmitting numerous returns, and unfortunately [redacted] was one of... those clients. The return was efiled, but not as timely as [redacted] wanted, as she stated she needed her refund because she was bouncing checks. We apologized on several occasions, but it was just not acceptable to her. We have prepared her returns, done the work and do not feel she is due a refund, due to the delay by the State and City. We do feel this is a frivolous complaint.
