because the previous owner, despite selling these cards until the day I purchased the business, is not honoring any utilization and stopped paying for the dedicated card reader. However, I have been honoring these cards through the issuance of gift cards for my wash. I have 90% new staff and [redacted] likely interacted with someone who was not familiar with how I've been handling this.[redacted] can stop by the car wash and leave his pre-paid Andorra Card. Review: In March 2014 I paid $32 for a card that offered 5 car washes for the price of 4 from Andorra Car Wash and had my car washed. I did not use the card until 10/7/2014, when I presented the card to have my car washed. The attendant said that ownership of the car wash had changed and that the new owner would not honor the prepaid car wash card, although the car wash still operates at the same location and same name.Desired Settlement: I would like Andorra Car Wash either to honor the prepaid car wash card or give me a refund.
