My return order was not accepted I ordered brasThey arrived on April I tried on ONE of the bras which was much too largeI immediately replaced it back in the box with the other bras in which it was shipped(The others were NOT ever taken out of the box!) I then, the same day, ordered other of the exact same bras in a smaller sizeAfter I returned the 1st order, (#XXXXXXX) X of those bras were sent back to me saying they'd been damaged and tiny green stickers had been placed on the supposed "damage" spotsI spoke with HerRoom customer service rep today and after very lengthy delays was told that they still could not accept the returnWhen I looked up HerRoom on your Revdex.com, I was NOT surprised to find that they had rec'd many identical complaintsI did not touch the bras that were labeled "damaged" and I don't appreciate being called a liarThis company is fraudulent and my conversation with their customer service rep was extremely unpleasantBEWARE of this company!

You are at the mercy of a very vague return policy which states they reserve the right to not accept any merchandise not in pristine condition.What constitutes pristine is entirely up to them.I returned a bra that I couldn't even get all the way onAfter 2weeks of not hearing anything re: the status of my return I contacted HerRoom via their Customer Service ChatWhen I required as to why I had not received my refund I was told there was a problem with the return and they were sending it back to me.They said they couldn't tell me why it was being sent back,but there would be a note in with the return telling me the problem.I had to call them to get an answer.I was told that the bra I was returning had an "odor"I stated I didn't even try the bra all the way on so how could it have an odor? The rep stated that lotion from your hands or even AIR FRESHENER could cause an odor.In other words they can deny your return by saying there is an odor even if there really isn't one

STAY AWAY FROM HISROOM!! Placed an order and it was never receivedHisRoom customer service refused to escalate the issue, resolve the issue or to let me talk with a company managerHisRoom stole $from me, did not deliver the product, and would not talk to me about this matterBottom line: they are thieves! STAY AWAY!!!

This place is a total scam. They have a policy that they will not accept damaged items back. No problem. But if you take it out of the package, it's damaged. I returned an item I tried on and never wore. I had it in my possession for about 5 minutes. I had ordered two chemises from the same manufacturer, so I didn't even open the other package. I got an email that they had received my item and what the refund would be. Then a week later they send me the chemise I had opened and say it doesn't meet their criteria, that it's damaged. I emailed them and asked where, they told me there was a reddish brown stain at the top. Well, I looked for that reddish brown stain, and I found a mark. It looked like a scrape or defect in the dye. It wasn't a stain at all. I've seen other dark colored knit fabrics w/this same condition. It wasn't noticeable, and frankly it looked like it had been scraped w/a pin in bleach, if anything, because it does look like what happens to black fabric when a bleach hits it. That's the best description I could give. The item itself had pulled threads, loose stitching coming off the lace, but I'm supposed to accept that. I caused no damage to this item. I found after doing some research that it is common practice for this company to refuse returns and clai they are damaged. Many report that "brownish" stain that I was told was there. They are absolute liars. I believe the defect was already there or they made it upon return

This company is fraudulent and my conversation with their customer service rep was extremely unpleasant. BEWARE of this company!
