Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:elow I am refering to the Andrade Shoe Repair business as "you", because I do not have a full name of a responsible person thereIn response to the fully biased and mendacious statements made by Andrade Shoe Repair business representative , I have the following things to say:1) You say my shoes were "highly worn", BUT : I carry the evidences, that I took care of shoes and wore them sporadicly on special occasionsI also still carry the original receipt as long as other original things that can prove how tender my attitude to my shoes was, contrary to the attitude given by the Andrade Shoe Repair businessIt was barbarian.2) What you are calling a hole on my shoe I came to you with, was a minor impairment (not bigger than a match head) of suede near the sole, which due to your unprofessional care has evolved NOT to a "microscopic tear", as you call it, - but to an advanced huge hole of some cm in size right on a top of a shoeOn the place of this hole you put multiple layers of rubber, paint and glue trying to hide itIt looks badShoe lost it previous look and valueYou cannot deny itYou made it to look worseThis is neither what was supposed to happen, nor what I expected to receiveYou did not warn me of possible consequences.It cannot be fixed with 35$ you are offering to return3) Besides the described above damage, there is more lesion that can be found after your serviceThe material around both heels is ripped due to your flippant changing of tips on both heelsPieces of material are missingOn places where you ripped off the material - you put plenty of black paintIt doesn't make shoes to look elegant as they were before you destroyed them.4) A hole on the left side of a left shoe, made by your employees probably in a result with a contact with hot rubber, was filled with glue and black paint by youThe fact that you put plenty of glue everywhere does not give a guarantee that those holes won`t grow bigger if wear themAnd I do not wear them now at all "thanks" to Andrade Shoe Repair Business.The fact that I picked up my shoes from this business and they were dilapidated is irrefutableThe work which has been done to them was abysmal, flippant and showed how negligent attitude wasThe person who was working on my shoes, obviously was not aware how tender the material of the shoes wasI remember well how Andrade Shoe Repair employee rounded his eyes when heard the price of shoesImmediately I was told that all the damage was not their fault and I had it beforeThis is a lieIt is extremely rude to point out on someone's unemployment status and try to connect it somehow to the caseIf I were you, I would use such statements more carefully as you can hurt feelings of othersNot only you lack professionalism, but also manners Probably you in your life you had not had yet an occasion to understand, but there are some life situations that do not foresee "obligatory employment" for different number of reasonsMy attempts to get money for destroyed shoes by you were futileAnd that was why I informed you, that as a customer I have a right to file a claim to the courtI am sure that the justice system will be able to bring you to responsibilityAt the moment you are trying to run away from itTaking into consideration what moral damage and time loss I am expericing as an affected customer of yours, the sum I will demand through the court will be bigger than just the cost of the bootsAnd the last, but not the least, your "positive" reviews online can be as fake as your words about my "highly worn shoes"Even if it was so (but it was NOT), your job was to make them look better not worse! 35$ will not make the shoes you destroyed whole again.In case you are not going to pay for the boots you have damaged, I ask you to provide me with your full name and the name of your business so I will be able to ask for justice at the court [Your Answer Here] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

On February **, *** *** ***a dropped off a pair of fairly worn in boots with a hole in the front side of the bootShe asked for advice on how to keep the hole from expanding, and for advice on how to prevent further damage from formingAndrade Shoe Repair’s employee suggested she have the
shoes re-soled to prevent further damageThe same day, *** *** came to pick up her boots which had unfortunately developed a second microscopic tear due to the deteriorated fabric in the same area as the first holeWe expressed our apologies and offered to refund *** ***’s money for our service as we could not fix the existing holes. *** *** refused to accept the refund of the money she paid for the service and went on to say that she is currently “in unemployment” and “I have all the time in the world to sue you.” While we deeply regret *** ***’s experience we simply cannot offer to pay $for highly worn shoes*** *** herself claims to have already worn the boots seven times although it is clear that the shoes were much more worn out than she lets on. We do however stand by our service and extend the same offer to refund the money she paid for our work which comes out to $We take *** ***’s complaint very seriously and we hope the Revdex.com and future customers will continue to rely on our years of experience and our excellent reviews when choosing Andrade Shoe Repair
