Super disappointed for a couple reasons, first, I was lead to beleive the photos we payed was gonna be more than just poseAlso, we was not told at the time of the photo shoot,that the 1stPose was the photo we was paying forThan when I went in to get my photos, the photo was honestly bad..you can tell we wasn't ready,when I went in the lady showed me the 1st photo- than came all the other photos which honestly were all so amazing and perfect, but I was so disappointed that I HAD to pay for the one photo,(which I just hate because it was so unprofessional) Pissed I had to buy all the other photos..I just dont see how they would not work with me on fixing that.well my boyfriend went in and he was very disappointed! Well long story short, he got a#for a lady who he talked to and she was kind enough to work with us and send us anotehr pose..well its a little bit better than the first one.but I feel u should have done alot better in most areas

October 14, 2015First call to customer service came in at 4:30 pm Mountain Standard TimeCustomer called and said
that Associate had told him that his CD would be ready at 12 noon with his
edited images and they were not complete when customer got there. Customer said
that associate was rude and...

arrogant and if he wasn't a man, he would have
punched her. Customer said he already had his prints and was just waiting for
the CD and just wants that and then never wants to do business with us again.  Customer was escorted out of studio by Mall Security, because
customer got irate with associate.Spoke with associate
regarding this customer and found out that he was a payment plan and still owed
$116.00 on his collection. I did explain to the customer that since he was a
payment plan, that we do not order, create or edit anything until the payment
plan is paid in full and then we order and create everything. I also told customer
that edits do cost extra. Customer did pay the remaining $116.00 balance he
owed and got his CD that night.  October
14, 2015. October 25, 2015Second call came in around 2:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.Customer’s dad called.  This conflict has been ongoing. Customer and
photographer previously were in a disagreement in the studio. Customer wanted sons
boxers edited. Customer’s dad said, CD son received was blank. Per Studio
Manager, I was told to refund this customer. After speaking with customer’s dad
on 10-25-15, I let customer’s dad know that Waco studio cannot make refunds,
they do have to go through the Corporate Office. Customer’s dad gave me his
mailing address and appeared happier at end of phone call. I called Studio Waco
and spoke with associate. Associate said customer’s dad was still there waiting
for a refund and would not leave. Associate put me on the phone with customer’s
dad and I reminded customer’s dad that I will be submitting a refund on Monday and
customer should receive his check by end of the week. Customer’s dad said he
was going to complain to the Revdex.com about the Waco studio ONLY. I believe customer’s
dad, said this in front of our next customer. I reminded customer’s dad that
customer will be issued a full refund check and still get to keep his
portraits. Customer’s dad said ok and left the studio.We will be refunding a total
of $246.50 to the customer and also sending him the CD with all of his images
on it.
