Cancelled my order twice without any notificationWhen I asked to speak to a manager I could over hear them laughing about my order They are holding my money and stopped delivery of my items while it was in transitShockingly rude staff I have never seen anything like this I would stay so clear of this place and never do business with them again
I ordered a Christmas present for my husband from Mack's Prairie Wings and had it delivered to my work address so my husband would be surprised Twice the package was delivered on a weekend and of course there was no one there to accept it so both times it went back to Mack's Prairie Wings The last time I called they had it overnighted to my home address and I received it before Christmas as they promised I just want everyone to know that these people in customer service are so super nice and go out of their way to make things right I would highly recommend ordering from Mack's Prairie Wings AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have just placed an order on 11/25/10:am for almost $and on 11/27/7:42am charged again for the same order which has my account frozen for $Not good, called SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/27/SAID SHE WAS SENDING EMAIL FIRST THING 11/ 28/Not A WORD , I called them back spoke with VERY RUDE customer service, only to speak with management, only to be told that this did not happen(mean while My bank is showing and confirming they have charged my account for two orders NOT a deposit and the actual order) one charge was for Deposit and one charge was the actual order(IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME) and they are both the same amount which does not make any sense what so everSo if you do place order be prepared to actually have twice the amount of your order which I did not know and told the manager this is something customers SHOULD know up frontmy son , myself and friends have been ordering for some years now AND DID NOT KNOW Now I have to wait for them to decide when they want to put that second charge back in my account which is total ridiculous I honestly have no words for thisOne customer service lady told this is never happen before? Ok so bottom line in trying to get this solved, trying to take them calling me stupid for believing this was not just a mistake on their part (AND JUST NOT WANTED TO ADMIT IT) from them point blank hanging UP ON ME and having nothing to say to meI really have never dealt with a company this badPLEASE THINK TWICE AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER IN YOUR ACCOUNT.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL BE SENDING THIS TO Revdex.comI do have a copy of the statement from the bank and will post if necessary
I purchased a Rounders Vest from their website, and I used the sizing chart they provided to choose my sizeWell, when my vest arrived it was much too bigThe sizing chart is apparently inaccurateSo to exchange the vest I have to pay my own shipping ($40) feesWhy do I have to pay for shipping when it was not my mistakeI would've ordered a smaller size but I followed the websites recommendationFor a $Vest I paid $extra to get the correct sizeWill never order anything from them ever again! I sent them an email I hope to hear back from themI'll update when they do

Purchased from company website Tuesday, October 3, with overnight shipping for delivery on October Purchase was for my husband, a year anniversary presentPurchase included: Lacrosse Waders, wader holder, shotgun shell belt, base layer thermals, wader gaiters, which totals about $4th, I receive email; everything out for delivery except wadersI call company & was told waders wouldn't be delivered until next weekI made purchase with this company due to waders being in stock & available for overnight shippingShe said waders were coming directly from Lacrosse Company instead of Mack's & she would speak to manager & call back, she didn'tI called later that day & asked to speak to managerI was transferred to *** said she would call back after conferring with her managerShe called back, said she would be refunding shipping money & wade

Terrible company, they take order, call you to verify but never ship when you call to ask they tell you we are out of stock, not nice!
