I made a purchase on Tuesday, 29Dec....on my credit card in the amount of 53.12...After arriving at the hairdresser on Wednesday, I was advised that I did not need the product.She said to return it, and to do it soon as she was under the impression that it should be donewithin 3days, as that was the...
norm. I returned it Thursday morning. I was told that no refundwould be made, it had to be an exchange or merchandise credit. At no time during the purchasewas I advised that it was a final sale....so I think that should be clearly noted in the store, if so, Idid not see the sign. Or the client should be told at the register.I am a little perturbed as I don't frequently shop here and I am now stuck with a piece of papervaluing 53.12 which I am not sure that I will ever use.....Thank you.
