Review: [redacted] EMPLOYES ANDRE JONES WHO STARTED A BATHROOM REMODEL IN JUNE 2015. THE REMODEL STARTED FINE THEN THE WORKER STOPPED COMMING ALL TOGETHER. I TALKED TO [redacted] ( the owner) IN SEPTEMBER AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE THE REMODEL WAS ONLY 1/3 DONE AND I HAD PAID $2600 OF A $3500 JOB, AND ANDRE WAS PUTTING ME OFF AND NO LONGER COMING AND I NEEDED A USABLE BATHROOM. [redacted] ADKED ME TO GIVE ANDRE ONE MORE CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I DID THAT BUT BETWEEN SEPTEMBER AND DECEMBER HE SHOWED UP ONCE AND CANCELLED 3 TIMES. I HAVE SINCE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH MY BATHROOM. I WROTE [redacted] A LETTER WITH A SECOND REQUEST FOR MY MONEY BACK. NO RESPONSE FROM [redacted] OR ANDRE.Desired Settlement: Refund of $2600.
