Andre Reichmann Photography

It took over four years for them to get their act together and finally send our wedding album. In my entire life, I have never been more disappointed with any product or service as I am with Andre Reichmann. The sheer unprofessionalism that they showed both during the wedding (one photographer working and the other just sitting off to the side for the majority of the time) and after the wedding (delaying the albums countless times, using every possible excuse, refusing to edit pictures, nickle and diming us despite the contract clearly stating to the contrary). Simply unbelievable. If you are looking for a good photographer, STAY AWAY. Thankfully, we had great services from every one of our other vendors (caterer, flowers, singer, band, venue, etc). But Andre Reichmann couldn’t have been worse. 0 stars if I could.

Review: We hired [redacted] to do the photography at our wedding because claims and is known to be one of the best. Oh his website he claims to be award winning and quote "an award winning professional photographer based in New York. Most recently in January of 2011 [redacted] received top honors by winning the Jay Colton Award for Best Participant Portfolio at the Fotofusion event hosted by the Palm Beach Photographic Center.His work was judged by a panel of editors, authors, curators, and photographers - including some Pulitzer Prize winners - from notable publications such as National Geographic, The Washington Post, People Magazine, Newsweek, Life, Photoshop User, and many more."For most weddings his photography is stunning and definitely worthy to be called "award winning" photography, however for our wedding he did a terrible job. The pictures were rushed, with hardly any picture of the bride, the groom, or the bride and groom together. The bride and groom both look fat and that was not the case. No client would be happy with our photos. In comparison to other clients photos, our photos look like garbage. My friend's Iphone took better pictures. When I spoke with [redacted]'s secretary [redacted] on the phone, she made it sound like she understood me, and that she would speak to [redacted],and that something would be worked out. She also told me either her,[redacted], or the other assistant would call me in the next few days. However I received no calls and I had to prompt a response to which I received a rude response. Like I said, we stated our dissatisfaction with the photos to [redacted] and his assistant, we were met with coldness and complacency, claiming that they have "over 99% customer satisfaction" and that they "can't change our perception." They have ignored my further emails, and although they claimed someone would call me, no one has , and it has been 3 weeks. I think if his photography costs $10,000-$15,000, there should be extremely good customer service as well as QUALITY photos. We received NEITHER!Desired Settlement: I would like a REDO photo shoot. My husband and I are even willing to FLY out to New York for this shoot. We would like quality photographs, and ample time and consideration taken to make them look good this time.
