IN I CAME OUT AND TUCKPOINTED JUST THE SPOTS THAT WERE BAD ON THE LADIES FRONT STEPS AND I TOLD HER THAT THERE IS NO WARRINTY ON GROUND SURFACESTHESE ARE BRICK STEPS AND THE FUNNY THING ABOUT BRICK STEPS ARE YOU CANT USE SALT ON THEM AND YOU CAN NOT MOVE REFRIDGERATORS AND STOVES UP AND DOWN
THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL CRACK UP AND FALL APARTSO BEING THSAT THE GOOD PERSON THAT I AM I CAME OUT IN AND FIXED THEM AGAIN BEING A NICE GUYTHEN IN I CAME AND DID IT AGAIN FOR HER ACTUALLY DAYS AGOAND I JUST DIDNT SPOT POINT THEM I WENT AHEAD AND GRINDED OUT ALL STEPS 100% IT TOOK ME DAYS ME AND MY SON PERSONALLYTHIS LADY WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFULL TO ME AND ALL AND OUT I FIXED HER STEPS AND THERE IS NO WARRENTYAND NOBODY BEGGED NOBODY I DID IT OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF MY HEARTHERE IS WHAT YOU GET OUT OF DOING SOMETHING RIGHT A PERSON LYING ON YOUSINCERLY *** ***DONT EVER CALL ME AGAIN LOSE MY NUMBER

WE ALREADY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND MS ROSS SEEMED TO BE REALLY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING WE FIXED IT ON JULY 14TH. WE TOLD HER WE WERE GOING TO STOP BY MONDAY AND SPRAY THE PORCH WITH WATERPROOFING FOR FREE. SORRY ABOUT THE WAIT ALL THE BAD WEATHER HAS SET US OFF AND WE LOST OUR SECRETARY....

We did everything we said we would do in the contract and more! The contract clearly states "thoroughly spot point areas as needed" and they are trying to get us to "solid tuck-point" which cost more. Our contract also states, "Caulk doors and...

windows as needed on this side" We have done that; they want every single door & window on the entire building done! That is not in the contract & cost more. They already have many extras for free but they are greedy & want more! Last week they sent a list with pictures & we went over & did every single item on the list & in the pictures. Then when we asked to be paid, they have come up with wanting the wall done solid & all windows & doors caulked. They have not paid us for the work we have completed. They are refusing to pay & we will be filing a lien on their home. We will not be going back there & refuse to give them on more thing for free! They should be ashamed of themselves for refusing to pay; they know our men deserve to be paid for their hard work. They did a beautiful job and they know it!
