*** ***I received your letter with the id *** where it made me aware there is a complaint for a transmission service made in this shopThe transmission, from
a Ford Explorer 04, was reconstructed on 9-15-with a guarantee of 12,miles or months.After on 12-6-and the front rotors from the brakes were damaged, and on 12-16-the car was checked for a possible transmission failure on 01-30- he came back and we told him to leave the car so we can check it and we repaired it under the guarantee, without any charge and we told him that if he has any inconvenience with the work done that he could bring it back for a check up without any chargeSince then he did not come back and we assumed that the issues were resolved, but when I received the letter from you guys I was surprised and I immediately communicated with Mr*** ***I asked him what had happened and he explained he still had problems with the transmissionThen on 5-28-he came back to the shop with the Explorer and we decided to install another transmission with Mr*** ***

response to the letter received, I am more than willing to take the car back to do the appropriate repair but the customer does not want to come back and as far as the refund, I will be happy to give him a reasonable refund just for the oil leak issue because the transmission is working perfectly*** *** Thank You
