Good afternoon, [redacted] - I wanted to inform you of further communications I have had with the owner of Andrea Nicole ImagesI informed her Tuesday, 7/that I did not receive a refund in that day's mailShe informed me that she is now involving the police and her lawyer for reasons that I do not knowI will also share with you a coincidental situation with another customer of Andrea Nicole Images: After Andrea failed to show up for the 7/3, pm appointment, I posted in a private Facebook Buy/sell/trade group for the north shore (areas like Shorewood, Fox Point, Whitefish Bay) seeking a recommendation for a new photographer as the photographer I hired (Andrea Nicole) failed to show up twice for our month photo shoot after confirmingI received a private message from a mother who had also hired Andrea Nicole Images and paid for the First Year Package #and had been stood up twice for her child's month photo shootOur stories of dealing with this photographer are very similarI am sharing this coincidence with you to show that I am not the only upset consumer with Andrea's service or lack thereofI am not aware of the means this other mother is taking to try and get her refund.Thank you for your timeKind regards, Kari [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however, I don't think I should've had to go through all of this just to get a professional business to make something rightThe behavior of this person was downright UNPROFESSIONAL, and completely atrociousI also am deeply disturbed that I had to go to this length to get a reasonable response, and I am still without pictures to give to my familyThere was absolutely NO NEED for such an unprofessional response, wait time for a response, and wait time for a satisfactory response, regardless of the holidaysShe was contacted within days of my receiving to photos, and she should've made it right, without threatening me, and without acting the way she did
In the future, I strongly advise this person to consult with her clients regarding her editing process, to not promise things that she's unable to provide, and to get a contract signed by her clients, completely outlining what her process isRegards,

I do not know. I will also share with you a coincidental situation with another customer of Andrea Nicole Images: After Andrea failed to show up for the 7/3, 2 pm appointment, I posted in a private Facebook Buy/sell/trade group for the north shore (areas like Shorewood, Fox Point, Whitefish Bay) seeking a recommendation for a new photographer as the photographer I hired (Andrea Nicole) failed to show up twice for our 6 month photo shoot after confirming. I received a private message from a mother who had also hired Andrea Nicole Images and paid for the First Year Package #2 and had been stood up twice for her child's 3 month photo shoot. Our stories of dealing with this photographer are very similar. I am sharing this coincidence with you to show that I am not the only upset consumer with Andrea's service or lack thereof. Regarding the complaint below. After much headache and only after threatening to file a small claims lawsuit, we were issued a refund and this complaint can be considered resolved.

Business states that the check for $130 is in the mail, consumer should receive it soon.

I sent out a 2nd disc, if that was not received yet, i'll send another. I also sent a check from my bank on Monday to this person.  Again, please let me know if the check from my bank was not yet received and I'll contact them. Happy Holiday's!!
