I have refunded this customers depositThe delayed response was in part due to the reservation being made under a different name than on the customers drivers license, verses the name left in the voicemailNormally, I can refund immediately, however the system would not accept the refund reasonI
tried several times over the next few day with no luckI then spoke with the wife of the complainant explained the situation and mailed a check to their home addressI am sorry for the delay in this case, but I had to follow procedure of the reservation company
