'in house' Collection Specialist that handles outstanding balances before they are sent to a actual collection agency. [redacted] never paid $150 for anything (account statement attached). She did pay a $195 EDGE fee and signed our form clearly stating that no portion of the fee would be applied to any balance or charges at move out (attached) . She all signed/ initialed on her Notice of Intent to Vacate Form that she had received the copy of move out instructions and cleaning charges (attached); which is included with every Notice of Intent to Vacate Form we give to our residents; as well as noted in our Community Polices. Ms. [redacted] was extremely rude, impatient with hearing my explanations, and told me that she didn't have time to deal with this issue and would just pay the bill and go through our specialist before she hung up in my face. I attempted to call her back not knowing if the call was disconnected or if she intentionally disconnected the call. I left her a voicemail letting her know that she was more than welcome to call me back and I would be more than happy to answer any questions that she had. I never heard back from her.
