Andreas Shoe Repair

Review: I dropped of my boots to get repaired on October [redacted]. When picking up the boots, the shoe shop damaged the zipper on the boots. When I stated that they broke the zipper and the shoes were ruined, they refused to fix the zipper. I stated that I shouldn't be charged for damage that they did to the boot (I dropped the shoes off to have the heel fixed on them). When I stated how can they charge me for damaging the boots they refused to give me the boots back if I didn't pay the $27 for the service that they didn't correctly do or refused to fix. I want my money back. After I paid the $27, the owner of the store stated that I am no longer allowed in that business which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.Desired Settlement: Return my money for the service that they did not perform. Since the boots are no longer made, I'll excuse the fact they should pay for the replacement of them but that is not possible. Please refund me $27.
