Andres Inoa Reviews (2)

I purchased a new Keystone 5th wheel back in May, 2017 and the whole experience was excellent, from the sales person, Pam, to the great service and parts department. They catered to every wish I had without any hesitation and made the venture quite satisfying. The 5th wheel showed up exactly what I wanted and all the little extras that I added were taken care of with no hesitation. I will always recommend Meridian RV to my friends and family.

Thanks again.

My service experience with Meridian has been the WORST I've ever had in my 43 years. Aside from the typical response of "we were unable to replicate the issue" when I took them my trailer for warranty work, what really got me to this point is the following. One of my warranty repairs was for a piece of wood that had split on the Cabinetry. Before I took my trailer to them, I sent them a photo of the cracked piece and described where it was located in the trailer. My appointment was made and I dropped it off on the scheduled day. A week later I was called and told its all ready to go. When I picked it up, I found that the piece wasn't fixed. I was told they fixed different piece, that I hadn't even noticed (was there really another piece split? I don't know). So I took it home as camping was scheduled in 3 days. They said they would order in the piece and to call them when I got back. So 10 days later I call them and am told the piece isn't in yet, but we booked it for 2 weeks into the future. The appointment day arrives, I drop off the trailer for the repair. I get a call in a week saying to come pick up the trailer. When I go to pick it up, I inspect the repair job to see if its okay, and I couldn't believe my eyes. All they had done, no word of a lie, was to colour the crack with a brown felt pen! So I track done the G.M. by the name of Dave and show him the repair job and tell him how frustrated I am with the service. He apologizes, offers to figure out something for my troubles by the time I return with the trailer when the replacement part arrives (I guess it never was ordered in the 1st place?). So I take the trailer home with me and in another couple weeks I call to see if the parts arrived and it had. (You'd think they would be on top of this and call me when it arrived. Ya right, not these guys!). So back it goes in for the 3rd attempt to repair this issue. The next week I get a call to come pick it up. So I show up and it is finally repaired. I ask to speak with Dave and he's not around. I then ask the Service Manager (Ben) if Dave left any token for me as to apologize for my wasted time (3+hours) and money (numerous bridge tolls). He laughs and tells me that he doesn't think that Dave was serious about the offer. (Got to love being laughed at...that's GREAT customer service). I decide Id be better off talking to Dave and the next day I call him. He's apologetic again and says he had to wait for the owner to come back from holidays. Leave it with him for 3 days and he would call me back. I confirm that he has my cell number (cause you never know) and he does. That was 14 days ago........I'm tired of going out of MY way trying to give Meridian a chance to 'make good'. That's not the way to do good business. I'll make sure everyone I talk to knows how I have been treated and the lack of ANY sort of professionalism by Meridian.
