Review: I started this venture the last week of May 2014. A Welding contractor was suggested by my next-door neighbor to construct a rod iron fence around the front of my house. The contract and I met on May 21,2014 to look at the specs for the job. On June 3 2014, the contractor came back and we signed an agreement, he stated to me at that time that the work would take about one week to construct the fence in approximately one week to instal . After several calls I finally spoke with him onMay30,2014 He assured me that he would have the fence in by 4 July 2014. A few weeks went by I called and no communication was made with him. After multiple tries finally my neighbor was able to communicate with him when he informed my neighbor that he had some health issues.I spoke to him shortly after my neighbor did when he informed me of his health issues but he also assured me that once he became well my fence will be installed. THREE months later I still have not heard anything from him at this point I simply want all of my money back. I made a deposit of $2,000.00 with a balance due after completion of work $1,400.00. this in my opinion this is the WORST contractors I've ever had to deal with.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund
