We had our roof repaired by Andres roofing. At the time we had a hole near the chimney and ceiling work inside that needed to be done also. Instead of fixing the hole the right way they put two pieces of ply wood over the hole which made the roof in that area higher leaving a gap so when we had high winds the shingles start flying up and coming off exposing the wood which caused water damaged to the wall inside of the house. They didn't fix the ceiling inside and when asked about that they wanted an additional 500 Dollars now years later we realize they didnt do the job correctly and call them and he has the nerve to try and charge me to come and see the lousy job the did. THIS IS THE WORST COMANPANY TO DO BUISNESS WITH

I called Sergio [redacted] and I explained to him that I needed my garage repaired. One side of the garage needed two panels and I wanted the one side painted after he installed the new panels. After he went to my house - he called me on the phone while he was there evaluating the repair to do - he said he will call me right back with the price and when he could do the repair.
After an hour I called him left a message to call me back. He never did. I called a few times during the afternoon (he was by my house at 11:00 AM) he still never returned a call to me.
I called when I got home at 5:00 PM and asked for him to call me back so I know how much he was going to charge and when he could do the job - HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
Apparently this job was too small for him to do and he didn't want to bother with it. Only thing my neighbor next door was going to use him and I was going to use him for more work around my house. I thought Sergio was a very nice man and he had great ethics. He answered the phone immediately when I called the first time but after he saw the small job (so he thought) that I had - he didn't even have the consideration to say - "too small of a job" I can't do it - or he is really busy and he can't do it.
I was disappointed with the character of this type of business man. He seemed really professional and a good company man. When you see service like this your really happy you didn't hire him. If someone can't return a call to you - just imagine if there was a problem with the job. You would never hear from him.
I wouldn't use him and I will tell more people around my house - not to use him. I also plan to call my town and advise them of the service he gave. He shouldn't be on record with the town of [redacted] if that is the service he gives.
Plus he told me he was licensed and bonded with the town of [redacted] as you have to be if you want work done - but - the town said he wasn't in compliance since July 1st. So apparently he thought my job wasn't worth the money if he had to get bonded.
Not a nice person - can't even take the time to call someone back.
