I received your letter with the id [redacted] where it made me aware there is a complaint for a transmission service made in this shop. The transmission, from a Ford Explorer 04,  was reconstructed on 9-15-2015 with a guarantee of 12,000 miles or 12 months.
After on 12-6-15 and the front rotors from the brakes were damaged, and on 12-16-15 the car was checked for a possible transmission failure on 01-30-16  he came back and we told him to leave the car so we can check it and we repaired it under the guarantee, without any charge and we told him that if he has any inconvenience with the work done that he could bring it back for a check up without any charge.
Since then he did not come back and we assumed that the issues were resolved, but when I received the letter from you guys I was surprised and I immediately communicated with Mr. [redacted]. I asked him what had happened and he explained he still had problems with the transmission. Then on 5-28-16 he came back to the shop with the Explorer and we decided to install another transmission with Mr. [redacted].

Review: Hi. I want to complaint about this transmission auto shop. Because I brought my 2001 chevy metro to this location. To repair transmission and oil leaks. The first time he returned the car to me. Andres the owner told me that the car was totally fixed. I wasnt going to have any problemes. Well, I drove the car on the freeway for 20 minutes. I checked my car. And there was the leak again. I called him andres to let him know. And he told me to bring the car again. He would fix it. I brought the car again. He kept it for about 3 days. Then, he returned the car to me and said it was fixed. No oil leaks or anything. Well, that wasnt true. I ended up bring the car again for 3 times consecutively. My car is still leaking oil. I told him. If my car its not fixed I will file a complaint towards you. I paid $1,560 FOR him to do a mediocre job. I'm totally disappointed. I I will never go back to him.Desired Settlement: I want him to give me a refund so I could fix my car.
