Hired these people to assure that the transportation company that was shipping my daughters car was legit and had good ratingsThey assured me that they only pick the truck transport people that have good ratings and make sure they are insuredThe assure that the vehicles are handled with care and that they are working with the transport people at all times to ensure a smooth transportIt's all BS and they sent me (*** R)these guys from L & A *** *** these guys are a joke and should not be allowed on the road, They showed up with a Dodge pickup truck and a trailer to haul the vehicles, I had my reservations but *** from Andrews assured me that they were licensed and insured.L&A Transport, *** *** said that he would have the vehicle there in dayWell that one day turned into days and when they dropped the vehicle off to my daughter it was covered in mudNeedless to say that once my daughter had the vehicle washed she noticed that the roof of the vehicle was damagedShe call L&A and there response was that they were not going to pay or get it fixed and she needed to take them to courtCalled Andrew transport, complained and *** assured me that Andrews would take care of everythingInitially L&A transport said that they would run it through their insurance, but we have not seen or been able to get in touch with L&A since they made the promise*** from Andrew transport said that she would get things sorted out, but at this point Andrews transport is not picking up the phone and calling me back, not returning emailsThis is sad and disturbing that companies get paid for a service and not deliverAndrews was paid dollars for their guarantee smooth transport service, which is never happened and I think they just pick who ever responds to the pickup board without any background checking.and L&A transport who got paid dollars- they requested cash- of my daughters hard earned moneyTake my warning and stay away from both of these companies Andrews transport is a scam and L&A should not be allowed on the roadI'm now looking at legal action on both companies for fraud

This is certainly a tricky industry to deal with, but as confused as I was at first, I can gladly say that my experience was a positive one- ONLY because I dealt with whom I consider to be the bestMy rep was responsive, available at all times through quick email conversations and my car was safely and swiftly shippedFrustration is possible when dealing with someone different people, but when you are open to learning the process and you trust your rep, the results will speak for themselvesThank You!

I selected this company based on positive reviews I had read. I had a very disappointing experience transporting my car with Andrew Auto Transport.
When the agent [redacted] gave me quote of $1154. I signed the contract with them and I was charged $159 in front. Late on I called [redacted] several time to ask for balance sheet to pay driver. She did not response to me until last minutes she told me no working anymore in this company. Late on the driver was sent to pick up my car and asking for $1200. I have no time to argue with driver and cancel the service. I called Andrew company and reported the problem, the man told me that just pay driver he billed then canceling the charge [redacted] charged me.
Now I paid $1359 for one car shipment. It is highest price within all offers.

1. It is very difficult to cancel charge. Credit card company is in investigation for one month and no result yet.
2. The charging company is by [redacted] Flower Transport. I have no business with that company. How it happens?
