I have reviewed the response made by Andrew Clemson Realty in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and sent the information that is requested for Mr. [redacted] to follow through as he has stated. I am currently awaiting a fix to my credit, while in the meantime I remain frustrated that the incident happened at all, and that it had to come to this extreme to get a response from Mr. [redacted] to fix his error. For a business that claims to help consumers fix their credit, then making hard inquiries without the knowledge or approval of the consumer, should not be a part of his practice at all, and there should be considered some illegal consequence for doing so. In the end, I hope that Mr. [redacted] follows through as he has promised here in this forum, and only then, will I be satisfied with the outcome of this resolution.
