Room(s) were dirty, LOUD and not cleaned while we were there! Floridays 1st night blood on the sheets , room "on the road " heard traffic and car racing all night, and bathroom door broken They switched our room at a big inconvenience to us since we had to pack up everything 2nd room loud roads alsoIf I said the first room was loud and we couldn't sleep why would u put me in a room that was near a road again? The tub didn't work to hold water and jacuzzi didn't workDirty towels in hamperThey never came in to clean the room or update necessary supplies like fresh towel, toilet paper Empty trashThere were no extra trash bags so we had to use our own There was no "starter supply" of dish soap to clean the dirty dishes If u want guests to hang towels then u need to add more places to hang hang towels SB more places to hangDryer shrunk clothes!! They credited room fees and 50% off one night! WOW BIG DEAL!! A hotel that size needs were than one place to eat!!
