As per the above issue, this firm was contacted in December concerning the recovery of the Kia Optima Highbred allegedly owned by [redacted] R [redacted] Mrs [redacted] stated that her nephew, who she identified as a drug addict had taken her vehicleI located the vehicle the next day and contacted her and gave her the location of the described vehicleShe stated that she did not have a wrecker and did not know how to contact oneI informed her that I also did not have a wrecker and that she was going to have to contact a wrecker service to pick up the carShe failed to do this and subsequently the car disappeared againI made additional efforts to locate the vehicle with no success.Subsequently, I was contacted by a "Dr [redacted] " who informed me that he was personal friends with [redacted] , the Sheriff of Dallas CountyHe stated to me that at this point he would take over the recovery of the vehicleI stated to him that I spent several weeks working on it and that was fine with meIf the complaint and wish to go forward and defame my company and myself personally I will have no alternative other than to seek the advice of my attorney, [redacted] , Esq
