They keep collecting rent where I don't live
I lived at *** Street where Denro looked after the rent. I was evicted and left at the beginning of December. Denro was told a few times do not collect any more rent from pre authorized banking. They have collected January rent for a suite I do not live at and someone else is. I went to my bank and they are going to reverse the amount that Denro took out after they were told not to. ***. For the few months prior of been given a eviction notice of one month I was harassed by the caretaker/resident manager ex: I took my scooter to the 12 floor with my laundry and hit people with it my scooter was on the 3 floor not on the 12 floor, complaints of me using bleach while cleaning, to name a couple and I couldn't even face my accusers. Another complaint was I was trying to sell a previous scooter that was just a small travel one. ***, caretaker/manager said people were complaining about it being where he said I could park it out of the way. As well when I was there someone phoned *** and booked three trips to where I was volunteering. I was, for the lack of a better words told off for not cancelling. They didn't believe I didn't make the calls.

Desired Outcome

I just want no more money taken out of my bank account for rent that I do not live at. They should't be allowed to collect rent twice by two different people. One who use to live there and the present tenant.

Rent or other payments withdrawn after the end of your tenancy can occur if our accounting department has not been informed of the end of tenancy or cancellation of payments with sufficient notice to allow processing time to make the change. Also there is always the possibility of errors in processing these changes in which case we strive to correct as soon as possible. In reviewing your account I can see that the transaction has been refunded shortly after the error occurred and happy to confirm it has been cancelled going forward. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank-you for your tenancy.

This company has neglected to return my calls regarding several issues with my property, some have been unanswered for >5 years.
1. This company hired a contractor >5 years ago to repair damage that occurred to my unit as a result of negligence on the part of the property manager. This contractor left a lock box on my front step with my key inside. This was never removed. I have spoken with people several time at the office, and nobody will return my request for info so I can have it removed and obtain my key.
2.last year grading was done in the yard of every unit in my row except mine. I was told by the landscaper that mine would be done last because of the lava rock on our unit, but nobody returned to do our yard. With the water issues this year(see below) , this is of specific and great concern to me. I have left several messages (on phone and with staff). nobody will return my calls. The work has not been completed.
3. The back yard of my unit has been saturated to the point that it has been unusable all summer. If I've had to step on this grass (to cross the lawn, etc) it is soaked to the point where my sock is soaked and brown with mud. This is of particular concern because my unit was never graded. I have left several messages (voicemail and with employees) regarding this issue, as a) we enjoy using the back yard and would have liked to be able to use our lawn this summer and, more importantly, b) we would like to maintain the integrity of our unit's foundation, but nobody has returned our calls.

Note: to be fair, since I notified denro of this complaint, someone did call me back regarding point 1. They claim someone will be by to remove the lock box and return my key. The other concerns have still not been addressed.

Desired Outcome

1. I would like to be compensated for 2 months of condo fees ($570 total). While I understand that denro is not the recipient of these fees, they are the property manager, and I feel it is due to their negligence that I have not been receiving the services that their payment ensures. 2. I would like the above noted issues resolved.
