I spoke with the homeowners son, who is handling everything for [redacted] I asked him what he felt the issue was with the work that we completed on [redacted] s roof He said that he felt that the decking on the front elevation of the roof should have been replaced before we installed the new roofing system He stated that the decking looked like it was sagging and was not happy that it was not replaced I told him to email me over some photos of the area of the roof he felt should have been replaced, so I could see what he was referring to Our action plan moving forward is to send a representative out to the property and inspect the roof decking to verify we did not overlook any rotted or soft decking I will update the complaint following our inspection
