We received customer's order on December *, 2014, not November **, 2014, as stated in the complaintThe order confirmation clearly states that customer ordered a size Extra Small final sale item,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The coat was not in the boxIf it was, I would not be complainingThe combined weight was likely the weight of the box and the one coat that was delivered--it was a very large boxMy partner was there when I opened the box and he can verify that only one coat was presentTo be honest, I am kind of astounded that Andrew Marc is trying to argue with me, especially given the fact that all of my correspondence has been completely ignored up to this pointI welcome a representative to come to my house and observe that I only have one Andrew Marc coat.I will now be taking up the matter with my credit card company directly, as well as recommending to everyone I know that they NEVER do business with this totally irresponsible company

We tracked package and shipping info with [redacted] confirmed delivery with customer signature on 12/*/14, at the address provided by customer. Package weighed 6.7 lbs total. Customer ordered two...

(2) down coats; weighing approx 3 lbs each, per our standard [redacted] package/shipping rates. According to the weight of the package, there were 2 coats in the box. I can provide tracking and shipment confirmation documents if needed.

Review: On November **,2014 I ordered a winter coat on [redacted] during their black friday sale. I ordered a Small, but received an XS....

Although I was fully aware of their Final Sale policy, I received a size that was way too small for my stature and Called multiple times, Leaving

dozens of voice messages without a response because there was no customer service answering the lines, until about a 2-3 weeks later I received an Email Response....After a very lagged, long drawn out

experience with customer service that was of no help, hanging up to not receive a response for days at some point...I finally was told that I would be

able to get a size exchange...But did not hear back for another week in between and it continued this way until now more then 2 months have passed

since I have ordered the Jacket...Its the middle of winter and I have not been able to wear it, so I purchased a replacement coat to keep me warm throughout

the winter.

This has gotten out of hand and very very frustrating, I would like to be issued a full refund for this item that is not the size which I ordered, nor is it of any use to me

any longer. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: I would like my Money back, which I feel I deserve...

But at the very least, which would be a kick in the face...A size that fits while it's still in season.

We received customer's order on December *, 2014, not November **, 2014, as stated in the complaint. The order confirmation clearly states that customer ordered a size Extra Small final sale item, not a size Small, as stated in the complaint. Email confirmations are sent to both the customer and our customer support center for reference. Customer never notified us that he ordered the wrong size/meant to place an order for a larger size, so we shipped size that was ordered by customer, per email confirmation and invoice. Our policy states that we will gladly exchange for alternate sizes, even on final sale items. Because of the time that has lapsed since the original order, we have provided the customer a full refund for the inconvenience, as requested by customer. Issue resolved.

Review: On Monday, December [redacted], 2014 I ordered two coats online. My sales order # was [redacted]. I received delivery of only one of the coats ("[redacted]") and did not receive the "Misty" coat. I sent three emails to customer service about this problem on 12/*/2014, 12/**/2014, and 1/**/2015. I received no response to these emails besides two automated replies that they were very busy.

I left messages on the customer service line during normal business hours on 12/**/2014 and 12/**/2014, but my calls were never returned.Desired Settlement: I want a refund ($79.20) for the merchandise that I never received, and an apology for the poor customer service I have received from Andrew Marc.

To be honest, I am kind of astounded that Andrew Marc is trying to argue with me, especially given the fact that all of my correspondence has been completely ignored up to this point.
