We hired Andrew to build a large set of buishelves in our living roomWhile he somewhat showed good faith and got back to us quickly on a quote and timeline for delivery (2-weeks), all communications abruptly ended and he did not respond to numerous texts requesting an update Finally, after two months a member of his team told us they'd taken a job in FL and couldn't address our project until after Jan 15th (three months after we hired him) After the 15th I asked AGAIN, and his response was that he was catching up and also had an injury in Dec, which seemed counter to his co-worker's response that they had simply taken on another project elsewhere We then said we were no longer interested Very disappointed to be given the runaround for so long We've since hired someone else who responded immediately and began work the next day - at $(almost 1/3) cheaper!
