Response taken by phone: I did this guy a favorI told him the ground was soft cause had rained for days straight and he said he did not care He wanted it done because he was getting married We did the job we verbally agreed to except for grinding one stump
We can't go in to get the second stump because the ground is still soft and I won't be able to get the truck out We cut the stump as low as he wanted it He said he was going to bring in top soil to fix the yard

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] My view on the matter is this business owner was rude and he threatened us after waiting three week for the stump removal after he removed our trees after numerous days of rain but was concerned about coming back to remove the stump because of the weather? This makes no sense to me. He was OK to come over without notification to remove the trees after it had rained for numerous days but states he could not get back in to remove the stump three weeks later? Then we call to inquire about the removal and he threatens us and tels us to find someone else to do the job and he has friends. We have since spent numerous days hauling 9 yards of top soil to repair the damage and plant grass. The stumps are still waist level and we were not able to put up pool up before our wedding. This business man should of never attempted to manuver his equipment to remove trees after numerous days of rain. We did call to inquire when it was getting done but never expected him to show after all that rain. The damage was to three different propertys not just ours. We have two weeks till the wedding and still filling huge holes and taking care of the mess they left behind. I feel we should be reimbursed for the money we had to spend to repair numerous propertys after all the damage.
