about my landlordCROOK Slum Lord who needs to be investigated by Jim D*** of CBS NewsAbsentee landlord whose property is below livable conditionsDO NOT rent from this woman or anyone associated with her My husband and I got married last year and were supposed to had rented a house from herDue to the property not being in good standing, she allowed us to stay in an efficiency (of hers) just up the street from where we would've been rentingShe did all this without a written lease agreement between us and herselfShe never finished the maintenance on the house me and my husband were supposed to rent, so we ended up staying at the efficiency for a year with no utilitiesThe only thing we had for a year was running hot/cold waterWe had no gas, as we had to cook on an electrical hot plate and no heat for the winter timeElectricity was ran through a cord from her office into our apartmentWe dealt with these conditions throughout the entire winter time while waiting for the house she promised would be completedRobinson had every excuse in the world or none at allRobinson does not communicate and you will not get her on the phoneAt this, my husband and I decided that it would best and to our advantage to have an agreement for the efficiency we had been living in for almost the entire yearWe paid her for the very first time $for the month of MarchIt was urgent and imperative that we did this to protect ourselvesWe thought Robinson was a woman who just had much on her plate, but soon realized she was never gonna come through on any of the things she had promisedWe wanted to protect ourselves and stressed the severity of a lease agreement with herBut Robinson never got around to write us oneIn fact, she probably never intended to in the first placeRobinson is a passive aggressive individual who neglected to come to her own property to collect HER payment(s) for rentShe never came to collect rent for the month of April eitherYet claims, my husband and I were taking advantage of her and that we owe her $2,Clearly, someone failed math tooBecause her calculations are wrong as wellRobinson has a drunk for an uncle who stays in one of her units and a pot head grandson who entertains 'the like' on the front stoopThe drunk uncle howls like a wolf after he's got his poison in him at all wee hours of the nightCausing much disruption to a good nights restRobinson has threatened to change locks and has only given me and my husband days to move out She comes off like a sweet church lady who wants to help "pay-it-forward" in society when all she really wants to do is pay her pocketsUnfortunately someone like this woman has a legal right to evict us because she has a rental licensedays is NOT enough time to find decent livingRobinson never wanted to write us a lease agreement because she wanted the situation to always work out in her favor no matter whatShe wanted to keep herself in the WIN WIN categoryAnd she did all of this at the expense of my familyAnd she took advantage of us in a tremendous wayI truly hope word spreads like wild flower about ROBINSON ANDREWShe's a fake ChristianA weak woman who plays the victim and wants nothing more than to take advantage of peopleAll of this could've been avoided had she done her part and communicatedAt least it only cost us one payment of $US dollars to find out how much of a CROOK she truly is !
If she is a "legal landlord" she would know that she has to give you more than days to evict and has to provide a court ordered eviction notice which would cost her more to file than one months rent....have you guys called tenants court and the city (L &I) to make a complaint? Especially of you guys still don't have utilities
