We have spoken to this customer numerous times and she is aware of the situation. We have been waiting for Title to be sent to us from our previous lender, who mistakenly took the title along with titles that belonged to them. We have received the title and have walked it through and are shipping the plates to the customer. We spoke to her as recent as two days ago and the customer indicated she would resolve this complaint when her plates where received, which should be any day. We hope the customer will accept our apology for the process taking so long, as we have been trying to get the title back from the lender who took it for several weeks. We understand the customer's frustration with the process and are sorry for the delay.
