Just had a shocking experience at Albern CoinArrived at 5:02pm to the location where their sign was lit up in the window "OPEN", and I could see a customer inside being helped at one of the wicketsThe door was locked so I pressed the intercom and said "Hello?"A man got up from his chair and said into the intercom "We closed minutes ago"I said, "so you can't do one more exchange?"He then went back to the intercom and screamed at me "WE'RE CLOSED!!!!!"Why scream at a customer that is hoping to do business at your establishment while there is a sign saying you are OPEN? How about "Sorry I forgot to turn the sign off, but we're closed." I will tell absolutely everyone I know about this experience in hopes to not subject them to this type of customer service
