I was having problems with my tv not staying on I called and explained the problem including the led pattern which give you an idea of what the failure is , I was told could possible be fixed as the tecs have many parts on the truck the guy shows up in a minivan walks in counts the led blinks on the tv then spends the next minutes on his phone googling the problem.then blurts out it will be dollars to fix how can you know for sure what the issue is you never even took the back off the tv then charges me dollars for a service call after a few minutes he tells me he could get a used part for dollars .thanks but no thanks

repairman came back on Sunday may * and replaced the board that was not working and the tv is right.I am satisfied that he did the right thing and stood behind his work. My complaint is resolvedThank you

I called to inquire about fixing my Mitsubishi rear screen tv and I was concerned if the parts would be available because I had looked online and kept seeing that they weren't. I was told that it would be a $70.00 service call for an estimate which would be applied to the repair if I chose to do so and most times they have the parts on the truck and can repair it on the spot. They came out a couple of days later (fine so far) but he came late and he told me it would be $299.00 I told him nevermind and he asked me what my threshold to fix it was. I told him that I wouldn't spend more than $200.00. He said he would do it for thaT. I felt that he was way over charging me to begin with if he could come down $100 so fast. He told me that he would order the part and asked me if there was a time later I the week that I would be home for a longer period of time. This was a Wednesday I told him I was off Friday and the following Tuesday. He said that he would order the part and get back to me. I hadn't heard from him, so I called a week later. Talking to another man there he at first seemed like he didn't know what I was talking about but finally told me the part was ordered and I got the feeling that they forgot and was going to order it when I got off the phone.
The next week I still hadn't heard from them and called again. This time the original woman I spoke with told me that it wasn't supposed to come in until this week and he wrote ti on my estimate( he didn;t). She told me that she would call to update me. One more week later, I call again and she tells me that she called me to update me a week ago. I said no, I called a week ago to get an update. they are still waiting for the part. I told them that if they cannot fix it I want my money back because I paid for an estimate that they cannot honor and I need to start over with a company that can actually fix it. It wound up in a screaming match and she hung up. Still waiting for my part.
